My Theology III I don't believe that my theology has changed much, on the contrary, it has become even stronger. It is interesting to know the Wesleyan position of theology among other queries. The Wesleyan position on questions of theology, the nature or essence of God, sin, Jesus Christ, salvation and grace. In this article I will attempt to organize Wesley's investigative position and my panoramic theology. with the Spirit of the Lord. Wesleyans tend to believe in the Bible and its sufficiency to determine their religion and conduct. Wesleyans tend to believe that God wants individuals throughout the world to grasp Him and be created new in Christ. Wesleyan tends to believe that the purpose of the Church is to glorify God in spirit and truth and to reach a disabled and sinful world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through its prayer, eyewitness testimony, and romantic acts (The Wesleyan Church, nd).Nature or Essence of GodWesleyan believes in one living and true God, each holy and loving, eternal, infinite in power, wisdom and virtue, the Creator and Preserver of all things. Wesleyan believes that God, our father, is the foundation of all that exists, whether matter or spirit. With the Son and also the Holy Spirit, He created man, male and female, in His likeness. He intentionally relates to individuals as Father, forever proclaiming His good will toward them. In love he solicits and receives penitent sinners one by one (The Wesleyan Church, n.d.). The inspiration of the Bible Wesleyans believe that the book...... middle of paper ...... confidence in God and my faith in Jesus Christ will never wane, but I hope it will continue to strengthen every day of my life. I want to answer God's call and be spiritually alive, but I know I need help to achieve my goal of being close to God. I was intrigued by the theology and his views on Wesleyan belief.
