    Organizational behavior refers to the analysis of personal and group dynamics in their work environment, as well as the characteristics of the organization itself. This analysis is a necessity to understand how people will behave when subjected to the work environment. The results of the analysis are useful to take into account behaviors that may be useless for the organization (Achraf, nd p156). The individuals employed in an organization and the attitude of the respective group are a major factor used to evaluate the performance of the organization. Attitude demonstrates an individual's preference towards: other people, events, different objects and activities that take place in their immediate environment. The ever-changing technological level has made it important to analyze the attitude of workers regarding their daily activities, remunerations given, advancement in levels and supervision in the organization. Any deviation in an employee's attitude from normal affects the quality of service provided depending on the field in which the employee works (Rana, n.d.). Variations in behavior in any organization take the form of conflict in most cases. This results from various competitions experienced in the organization. These competitions can come from individuals or from certain groups in the organization. Competition essentially aims to obtain material resources, to have a voice in decision-making, to obtain a certain attention and to obtain a certain status. With this in mind, many organizations are therefore striving to bring about social change in their various management systems at all times. This can be easily achieved if the leaders of different groups understand the different ways of dealing with different types of attitudes among individuals.
