Nestlé is the global leader in nutrition, health and wellness. Their company's mission is to improve consumers' quality of life by providing tastier, healthier food and beverages. They also encourage a healthy lifestyle through their business proposition “Good Food, Good Life” (Nestlé, 2014). Nestlé was founded by Henri NESTLÉ in 1866, is a food industry headquartered in Switzerland. Today, NESTLÉ has more than 500 sub-companies in 80 countries (Nestlé, 1866). Nestlé invests for the future to ensure the financial and environmental sustainability of its actions and operations (Nestlé, 2014). Nestlé's goal is to meet the needs of today without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs, and to do so in a way that will ensure profitable growth year after year and a high level of return for its shareholders and society as a whole in the long term. -term (Nestlé, 2014). ConclusionTo conclude, we can say that Nestlé is an ethical company which sets its rules through social principles. and environmentally friendly business principles. As a market-oriented company, Nestlé uses its business principles to satisfy consumer demands. Nestlé's communication skills with consumers also ensure long-term consumer commitment to the company. Other companies should also try to adapt Nestlé's principles to increase their market share and profitability..
