    Globalization allows individuals, groups, businesses, and countries to reach the world farther, faster, deeper, and more cheaply than ever before. Most of the large local companies view globalization as an opportunity and thus explore foreign markets to achieve maximum market share and optimal business strategies. However, managers would face a series of challenges caused by leadership models, cultural contexts, political and economic risks, human resource management, etc. Studying multinational management skills is very useful for my future career. In this essay, I will set goals for this topic, identify skills that I have honed and need to improve, and explain my strategies for achieving my goals. Goal Setting Over the next six to twelve months, as a student, my short-term goal is to complete an exchange program that I could study in a foreign country during my final semester.
