Summary The report is based on the role of technology in developing marketing strategies for Robi. This report is broadly divided into six different parts. The second part tells the company profile, including Robi's history, vision, mission and strategy, products and services, activities and performance. Robi Axiata Limited is one of the leading multinational organizations and a major player in the telecommunication industry in Bangladesh. Robi started its business in 1997 under the brand name Aktel and was changed to Robi in 2010. It is a joint venture of Axiata Limited (70%), Malaysia and NTT DoCoMo (30%), Japan . In the third part, SWOT analysis of a technology-based marketing campaign is carried out based on a set of 25 survey questions.
