    Driving by definition is the control and operation of a motor vehicle (in this case, a car). Driving a car can be very useful for people; but can have a negative impact on the environment. Before you consider owning a car, you must obtain your license. In Puerto Rico, to obtain a license, you must be 16 years old. Once out of sixteen people, they must take the theoretical exam, which includes twenty (20) questions on fines, laws and driving rules. Then he will have to wait six (6) months until he can take the practical exam. It assesses a person's ability to drive, change lanes, make U-turns, and parallel park.
