All orders he gives were given in person and in no other form. Hitler also expects absolute obedience. Hitler may have leadership skills, but the question arises: do you consider this effective leadership? He may be a bad person in general, but his strategy works. It significantly reduced unemployment and brought Germany to the highest peak. Hitler entered World War II and went overboard. He committed a mass massacre known as the “Holocaust.” Basically, he killed 6 million Jews in the territories he had conquered. His action created hatred among the Jews and publicized his crucial action. We can say that he led Germany to the highest peak and led it to the worst after the defeat in World War II..
