  • Essay / Leadership or manager: analysis of the strategies used by...

Adolf HitlerAdolf Hitler was the leader of the NSDAP. The NSDAP is also known as the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei. The NSDAP was created after the German Workers' Party was composed of German nationalists. The NSDAP is a group composed of German nationalists and a racist culture. Hitler wrote a book about this culture while he was in prison, which is the culture of one race. Today we would call the NSDAP “Nazi.” Hitler came to power mainly thanks to his party. During the first financial crisis in the United States, he made his party known. This financial crisis was the “Great Depression”. Hitler took advantage of the crisis and developed his political power. Hitler rose to power and used his great leadership skills to make the Nazis the most formidable in all of Germany. Hitler has great leadership skills. It addresses all three elements related to leadership skills. It corresponds to the group phenomenon by having many followers. Many of his supporters have read his book and believe in his goal. This brings us to the second element which is goal-oriented and action-oriented. They would do everything they can to achieve the goal of the master race. To do this, his party relied on expansionism and anti-Semitism. The third element would be the hierarchy within a group mentioned last in the manual. He demonstrates this best because he always has meetings and he uses his own way due to his lack of confidence. All orders he gives were given in person and in no other form. Hitler also expects absolute obedience. Hitler may have leadership skills, but the question arises: do you consider this effective leadership? Throughout history, many people considered famous people in history or victors to have effective leadership. The middle of the paper was thrown away and so he became the supreme commander. Hitler had even more power and soon feared that his men were gaining too much power. Due to Hitler's distrust, he used many dirty methods to deprive his own men of control. In one year, Hitler managed to replace all his generals with new ones. Basically he used them to fix the economy and chase them out when things got better. He may be a bad person in general, but his strategy works. It significantly reduced unemployment and brought Germany to the highest peak. Hitler entered World War II and went overboard. He committed a mass massacre known as the “Holocaust.” Basically, he killed 6 million Jews in the territories he had conquered. His action created hatred among the Jews and publicized his crucial action. We can say that he led Germany to the highest peak and led it to the worst after the defeat in World War II..
