In my country we do what we call "Umuganda", according to Rwandapedia, which can be described as a community wok. On the last Saturday of each month, communities come together to carry out various public works. This mainly includes infrastructure development, environmental protection and support for the most vulnerable families in the community. This community service has been a success and people are happy with the change they are bringing to their country. However, some people don't come, it takes a lot of effort to change their attitude.
