When they have stop signs and traffic lights, people tend to drive more slowly and watch out for people walking in the middle of streets. To install a traffic light or stop sign in a community requires a lot of work and planning on the part of the community and the city. It's not cheap either. The community must first present a petition to everyone in the community and have them sign it so they can present it to the board at the next city council meeting. A few residents will present it to the board, and they will decide whether or not to install it. If this is not done, many residents could be angry and bad things could happen to this part of town. When planning to install traffic lights and stop signs, you should look at the subdivision plan and determine where all the buildings and schools are located. are intended for the protection of students returning from school on foot or on horseback. And finally, there will need to be a stop sign at the end of the streets so that people don't drive too fast and have a serious accident.
