Part of my top five selections were about my professional values. That's why I thought it was important to include reliability, integrity, listening, leadership and attention to detail. I would have liked to include more in the very satisfying skills section, but I played along with the activity. I considered the moderate skills section to be an extension of the very satisfying section. That being said, I think my somewhat satisfactory section belongs more on my moderate list. Thinking about it now, as I type my thoughts, I see how I would move things. For example, I have flexibility, efficiency, rapid response and planning in the somewhat section when I should put them in the moderate list. I would also exchange the following procedures with reliability of the section very satisfactory. I think if you follow the procedure it makes you slightly more reliable. I think it would be interesting to do this activity towards the end of the course to see how much it changes. I would make sure not to reference this current list before returning to it in the future to ensure I don't manipulate the
