Tom Wolfe writes in the book "The Right Stuff" about early jet pilots who demonstrated extreme bravery and behaviorisms that allowed to be part of a furtive group of individuals. It has been said that these men generally congregate in groups among themselves in a way that encourages them to be part of a privileged membership. It is those pilots with proven courage and ability who will move forward to test the next barrier; These tried and tested men willingly put themselves in danger day after day, aspiring to climb the ladder leading to the top of the pyramid.
