Essay / I believe in myself - 889
I believe in myself. Although easily perceived as cheesy, it seems to me, at least to a unique degree, that the idea of believing in yourself is a lifestyle that should be studied by just about everyone. But it's not just about those weightless words you use to convince yourself to muster up the courage to ride the tallest roller coaster at the amusement park. It's not about believing that you can do anything you set your mind to. It's corny. In fact, it's not about you at all. In fact, it is an unwavering and supreme confidence that everything, and I mean everything, will happen as it should, when it should. This is not blind faith or hopeful optimism. It is simply an acceptance. Let me explain. Most religions will generally tell you the same thing: God, or Allah, or some other almighty person holds the key to eternal life. He pulls the strings and takes the lead. He brought you into this world and he can take you out of it at his discretion. Human beings were created in the image of the Creator who gave young humans rules of life. Eternal life is promised to all, although there are different levels of pleasure and pain depending on how each person plays their cards. If we analyze all religions dating back to ancient times, there is a similar archetype that they all seem to follow. This all has to do with a high energy source (God) transferring energy to empty space (life) which uses the energy to create more energy before returning to the energy source of origin. This is high school physics. The law of conservation of energy states that the total energy of an isolated system will never change. Perpetual motion is impossible to achieve, so something or someone has to drive the bus, which means humans don't just force themselves to leave. I...... middle of paper ... intentionally to make sure everyone lived in the best way possible. The most important thing that would change is how we interact with each other. Humans all come from the same source, regardless of your religious practice or whether or not you choose to believe my words. Because we are all energy originating from the same place, we are all reiterations of each other. There is no difference between you and me, basically. This is why humans are capable of feeling empathy. This is why some scientists defend the idea of a collective consciousness. It is a fact that we are all interconnected and the world will change for the better as soon as we understand it. So when I say I believe in myself, I believe the world will collapse as it does. It's my job to control what I can control and live my life the best way possible..
