This initiative could be beneficial for students since all these years they have just been taught that the basis for the success of a project is the “triple constraint” without knowing that there are still many components that are also necessary for this success. This document could introduce them to the different perceptions that should be taken into consideration to achieve the positive outcome of the design, such as assessing the importance of stakeholder views on the design and reviewing the financial analysis . This document could also broaden the project manager's views on how to effectively carry out well-planned budgeting and scheduling by considering other equally important factors as the "triple constraint" approach and address the challenge of let non-IT managers fully understand an IT artifact. This could be very useful to them since their mission is to meet the expectations of the project stakeholders. Additionally, the project team could benefit from this document by fearing that the conventional criteria set are no longer the only path to success. They must look at other approaches to have a high chance of success. Finally, this could be beneficial for the user community because they would know that when they need a system, they would focus on the availability of a system.
