    Having a donut-shaped waistline can make you feel tired, sluggish, and bad about yourself. We all need exercise. Now is the best time to start living and being healthy, so that we can enjoy the health and psychological benefits for the rest of our lives. No one will dispute that exercise is harmful. Many agree that exercise is beneficial for the body and mind. However, many of us don't exercise. If you don't exercise, how do you persuade more people to get up, get out and exercise? Attention ! A lack of exercise can lead to poor health. A U.S. Department of Health and Human Sciences article by Rand Gardner states, “Even if you have a lifetime of unhealthy habits, taking action now can have a positive effect on your overall health. » Heart disease is the leading cause of death. due to inactivity. For example, clogged arteries and veins are the result of inactivity. Additionally, excess fat caused by inactivity leads to a higher incidence of heart disease. ****************************************** checkpoint*** ******Lack of exercise leads to many health problems. One of the major problems caused by lack of exercise is fatigue. Have you ever felt like you can't get enough sleep? Lack of sleep stresses the immune system, leading to psychological problems of irritability. Eventually, the problem leads to physical inactivity, causing obesity among Americans who do not take their health seriously, causing heart problems. Fatigue weakens the immune system, leaving you unable to perform daily activities.
