CHAPTER ONE1- INTRODUCTION: 1.1 Background of the Study -- British Police The British Police is one of the professional police forces in the world and is known for its professionalism, dedication, performance and motivation. commitment to their duties and the nation as a whole. Like any other force, it needs motivation to maintain its level of commitment. At the organizational level, there are a number of motivational factors and theories that help maintain this level of motivation at the top of the world, but there is another factor that provides a roadmap for the organization towards professional commitments. That’s leadership. There are estimated to be around 52 police officers in the UK, varying in responsibilities and size. Most British police officers fall under the Home Office administration, but other countries, Scotland and Northern Ireland, England and the Walls force and intelligence network were different. Leadership is a quality for leading people, but what is more important than an ability to lead. is to obtain public obedience regarding this direction. People are a crowd and persuading and motivating them to do something collectively is the task of leadership. A leader brings these people together as a team and then tells them how to act as a unit. A leader motivates his team through his action, personality and charisma to follow and accomplish the task entrusted to him with all his heart. However, this leadership role is too general and seems easy to exercise. This task becomes more and more difficult when it is necessary to convince people to go to martyrdom. In the uniformed services, whether military, police, fire, or any other, employees are not like other employees of civilian organizations. Identify secondary information related to the main factors that motivate an individual to work for a dedicated organization and in the best way.2. Analyze the importance of motivation of British police employees.3. Develop an ideal motivation model adapted to the police force.
