  • Essay / The History of Marshall Law in Sierra Leone - 1122

Marshall Law in Sierra LeoneSierra Leone is a country located on the west coast of Africa. The country gained its first independence on April 27, 1961. It was also the last to gain independence in 150 years under British colonial rule. It was great at that time, there were smiles on people's faces and joy throughout the country. Then the AP All People's Congress comes to power to make the country better or ourselves. The president at the time was Siaka Stevens. People have work and so on the farm, they work and make a difference. Keep in mind that the beauty of Sierra Leone was just beginning and the people were beautiful and hard working. The country has improved in all kinds of things, one of those things is [reconciliation, but poverty and unemployment remain major challenges]. People I worked with the government and everything was going well and everyone was ready to work with the government. But the war happened for one major reason and it started on March 23, 1991 and ended in 2002. All this was happening just to overthrow the government of Joseph Momoh. This war weakens the people of the whole country and the government does not become stronger from then on. This war was the worst thing the people of Sierra Leone have ever faced in their lives. Some of them still have nightmares. Well, everything happens for a reason, but that hasn't stopped Sierra Leone from continuing to move forward. Marshall Law in Sierra Leone began when Dr. Alhaji Ahmad Tejan Kabbah came to power. He started taking large lands from others and giving them some money to live somewhere other than the land in middle of paper......to live and have food at all times. I argue that the land makes more money, so the government will be richer and the poor people who do the hard work will work on their land and get paid a little. For example, these workers will come to work early in the morning around 7 a.m. just to work and have money to eat and for the family. These people will leave work and go home around 4 o'clock in the afternoon, they work hard and they don't. I won't have any good medicine after this. In some cases, some of these workers don't have the right tool and others give up and steal all day long. Young people have less of everything in this country. It's crazy how young people say that the government is taking away their lives, while the government says that young people are lazy. Finally, things are better than yesterday, say my uncle, my aunt and my great-grandmother. .
