The need for college graduates with creativity skills is to “change how the workplace” is structured or managed and “what people do.” These “changes” are the “center” of interpretation of the basis of ideas. The future of the company depends on “how it acquires, interprets and acts” on the “information” provided. “Today, the diffusion of information technology is leading to a sea of ​​changes in the business environment” (Goleman and Kaufman par 43). “Since creative problem solving requires the psychological engagement of the whole person, the modern workplace must undergo vital changes” (Goleman and Kaufman 46). Creativity has had a major influence in the face of these changes brought about by innovative technologies and this is why we should have creativity studies to guide the transition. Additionally, having students learn these skills before entering the workforce will benefit them on many levels. They won't have to spend more time learning these skills because they already have what the job does.
