Even though they are in a position of authority, you see them cleaning up and getting involved in the responsibilities that need to be met. They listen to the opinions of others and incorporate them into their job responsibilities. They are committed to helping people become the person God intended them to be. I was helped by one of the leaders to take on responsibilities that I thought I couldn't handle or handle, but they took the time to show me how it should be done and were there alongside me to play a role of leader.
