Challenge our youth to visualize their future as fit, strong and healthy citizens who will provide them with a broader perspective of enjoyable and healthy sporting activities. With the support of professional trainers, dietitians and health psychologists, the foundation's dedicated members will visit schools as a team and deliver hands-on workshops to students in grades K-12.
