Stress is a universal problem, your age, gender, race and any other differences you have are irrelevant. Stress is not stereotyped; Everyone has to deal with it, so it's important to know where your personal stress comes from as well as what happens as a result of uncontrolled stress. Additionally, because of the damage caused by uncontrolled stress, it is absolutely necessary for the sake of your physical and mental health to be aware of it and take precautions to manage your stress. Whether it's the stress you face on a daily basis or the pressure and stress you face as you approach a big project or deadline at work or school, you need to know how manage it effectively. It is important to know the causes of our stress so that we can assess the roots of our problems and avoid the damage caused by stress. This way, we can manage our stress effectively, making it easier for us to go about our daily activities. An overwhelming amount of stress can cause serious damage to our minds, bodies, and overall health. People are sometimes overwhelmed by stress and don't realize the signs of extreme stress that mix into our daily lives. It is important that you find ways to cope with your stress and manage stress in your lifestyle because if you do not deal effectively with stressful experiences, it can lead you to turn to drugs and overuse of drugs. alcohol, depression, health problems and many more. more. (Grohol, 2013). The damage from stress can manifest itself in both physical and mental ways. Physical damage and stress to your body manifests itself as illness. One of the most common stress-related health problems is cardiovascular problems.
