This was accomplished with the 211th, 212th, and 213th Amendments to the Constitution. Equality has finally been achieved, not only in the basic sense that everyone is treated the same and everyone has the same rights, but also in the sense that no one is prettier than anyone else and no one is not stronger, smarter, or more athletic than anyone else. The people of the United States had become, if you like, simple-minded clones. Those who were more intelligent were prevented from using their intelligence, prevented from having even the simplest thought.
