With the lack of women in these fields, there will be a lot of vacancies with no one to fill. Women may not find the STEM field attractive due to the typical stereotype of STEM jobs, the number of underrepresented women, and the fight against sexism in the workplace. The STEM field must recruit more girls and women by offering more pathways to young girls and be less sexist. In today's world, STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields are still male-dominated and there seems to be a lack of women. in these areas.
