The seven books in the Harry Potter series are among the most popular books of all time. Millions of children and adults around the world crave all things Harry. From midnight book release parties to new movie releases to the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter theme park, fans around the world love Harry and can't seem to get enough of him. While many fans delve into the fantasy world of Harry Potter, some people believe that Harry Potter is the work of the devil, and the world created by JK Rowling inspires readers to abandon God and pursue the occult. However, Harry Potter does not promote evil. Harry's seven novels aim to teach people, young and old, about love, loss, relationships, good versus evil, and doing what's right rather than what's easy. In addition to these very important lessons, Rowling cast a spell beyond what anyone ever seemed capable of accomplishing: she inspired millions of children's enthusiasm for reading. The author is also a great example of the fact that you can be anything and do anything, regardless of your circumstances. She is proof that perseverance can yield incredible rewards. According to the A&E biography and the author herself, while walking home one evening in 1990, 25-year-old JK Rowling was delayed in her train journey home. During the four-hour delay, an orphan boy wizard came to life in his head. She didn't have a pen or paper available, so she used the time during the delay to develop her new creation. By the time she arrived home, she had expanded Harry and his world in great detail and began writing the Sorcerer's Stone that night.
