There has been no census on the issue of "marijuana" in the United States of America because, although it is illegal at the federal level, many states have passed laws legalizing it. Many people smoke, eat, and inhale the substance, which may explain why it is poorly enforced in states where it is illegal. Our country needs to figure out whether we should legalize it or make it illegal and enforce the law so people don't feel confused about it. More and more legislators have raised this issue of marijuana in the 21st century compared to the last century to determine whether it should be legal or not. Since we get most of our information through the media, to normalize it, we should have more discussions on the topic in order to spread awareness about marijuana.
