    The physiological contract can actually be defined as undirected or unwritten agreements and informal obligations between an employer and its workers regarding their mutual expectations regarding the how each will fulfill their respective roles. In a regular business, the psychological contract may include such things as the worker's level of commitment, quality of working conditions, and job satisfaction. (businessdictionary.com, 2014) In the organization, there are many contracts that are presented to both the employer and the employee as a promise to complete the necessary tasks in the organization. Both prides must follow the entire contract given from the first day of work. The offer that the employee can prove to the employer is that we can work following the hours of the contract. Basically, the working schedule is 8 hours per day except weekends. The contracted hours that organizations have in place must be used by the employee to complete the entire task assigned by the employer. It must be completed correctly before the due date. Indeed, the employer will observe all the employee's performances. Maybe we can't realize that our employer is such a "spy" in organizations, but we need to be aware of it because it can make you lose your job. When the “boss” asks you to come to his office for an urgent matter, the employee must accept the order. This is focused on overtime or can also be known as OTI. It may be that the task is too big and needs to be completed over the weekend in the office as it may not be able to be completed during working hours as usual. But, the order can be rejected by the employee if he has an important or urgent problem with the family which cannot be avoided for any reason...... middle of paper...... that his employer must recognize for his special contributions. (Conway and Briner, 2005) Finally, the employer and employee will have expectations of each other. This is why the psychological contract was so important to guarantee the fate of the workers and the boss. Moreover, at the same time, both parties themselves will be empowered by their motivation and will always try their best to complete their work and they will also have the potential to be the best in the organization.
