The Sunni belief system is about surrendering to Allah. They see Allah as the Creator, peacemaker and restorer of the world. The words of Allah are found in the Quran which was revealed to his messenger Muhammad. They had to do the Five Pillars; five daily prayers, a social tax called zakat, fasting (during the month of Ramadan) and a pilgrimage to Mecca, and believing that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is his.
