    Jazz has been a style of music for about a century. It's one of the only types of music that has evolved over time. He created many subgenres, such as Funk Rock, Swing, Bebop and many others. Many schools even offer a jazz band for students. This is one of the ways in which jazz music influences music today. There are also many other ways that jazz has affected music today. Without it, African Americans would not have the same rights as white people, because jazz was one of the things that contributed to the Harlem Renaissance, and the Harlem Renaissance is what started it. the path to civil rights for African Americans. With so many different styles and artists, jazz has survived to this day, since the beginning of the 20th century, and has become a popular style of music. Jazz began in the early 20th century, at that time live music was still the main source of inspiration. entertainment. Historians believe that the birthplace of jazz music is New Orleans, Louisiana. It started in New Orleans because there was all kinds of music there. The music that was particularly important there was Ragtime, from Missouri, and Blues, from Mississippi (Tyle, np). Just before World War I, the Creole group toured the country as part of a vaudeville company. This introduced jazz to many parts of the country. Although the Creole group was one of the first jazz groups to record a record, it wasn't until 1917, when the original Dixieland Jazz group created the first example of New Orleans-style jazz. Another musician is Louis Armstrong, and he was one of the best jazz musicians of his time.
