Also, don't be tempted to use my phone right before going to bed. Academic goals are important because setting them is fundamental to any student's long-term success. For example, I plan to maintain good grades and maintain a 4.0 GPA. The steps I plan to take to maintain this goal are to study for an hour or two the night before and not procrastinate or get distracted.
