    By completing Project #2 over the past five weeks, I learned a number of lessons that I can apply to future work situations. group work. The most notable lessons I learned from this project are: how to be a manager, how to work with others who don't have the same work ethic as me, and most importantly, how to fire someone from the group . Every lesson learned will help me in my future as an engineer; learn to choose trustworthy, hard-working people and be able to manage those people. Group management has never been one of my strong traits, as I feel more comfortable doing tedious work and being given personal tasks. Rather than making sure others stay focused on the tasks I assigned them. At the start of the project, no one was really comfortable around each other, as most of us had just met and didn't know what to expect.
