Oprah Winfrey is one of the most iconic figures of the 21st century. She has transcended media into a whole new stratosphere and is one of the key people who helped shape the business for future generations. Here, her ability to move with the times over the course of nearly three decades and shape an entire empire in her image is a testament to the type of leader she truly is. “Of all the shows in American television history, only '60 Minutes' has been more successful in terms of critically acclaimed work, huge earnings, influence on culture and running for a very, very long time. a long time. After studying Oprah's accomplishments, affiliations, influences, and ultimately her empire, I have come to recognize the key attributes of her leadership style that contributed to her success. One's leadership style can be defined by a set of nuances that can be articulated by some theory within the text. His success and that of others in his position inspired a leadership phenomenon by personifying these theories; thus this leadership style can be defined as a mixed approach derived from the “High-High” Leader theory, coupled with the assumption of an operational role.
