    Oprah Winfrey is one of the most iconic figures of the 21st century. She has transcended media into a whole new stratosphere and is one of the key people who helped shape the business for future generations. Here, her ability to move with the times over the course of nearly three decades and shape an entire empire in her image is a testament to the type of leader she truly is. “Of all the shows in American television history, only '60 Minutes' has been more successful in terms of critically acclaimed work, huge earnings, influence on culture and running for a very, very long time. a long time.
