    You can't just sit there and do nothing. Time will pass in the blink of an eye without you facing the challenge you have in life: overcoming your fear. We learn little by little, whatever the outcome. Our imaginations are usually a little too vivid and our worst-case scenarios can extend beyond the worst that could actually happen. In most cases, what we fear is never as bad as we think. When we try to make a decision to leave, quit, or do something new, we don't have the perspective to see how things evolve. Perhaps the most important lesson is this: we don't need to eliminate fear from our lives. We can welcome it, we can cope with it, and we can continue despite it. The best decisions in life are rarely the easiest. Or rather, they should feel comfortable internally, but often experience some level of fear. The next time you're afraid of a new pose or a new chance in life, approach it knowing that the best possible results will present themselves. Fears can be quite rational because there are choices and risks you will have to take because you never know if it will be the right choice, just like in the video “What Fear Can Teach Us”.
