According to observation, the factory has made sure to make improvements in environmental consequences. Some of them invest in a new facility (line two) with maximum dust collection mechanisms, such as filter bags with additional dust collection systems. Additionally, the plant has planned and is starting to build biomass as an energy source. It decided to use a biomass to coal ratio of 40:60 when producing clinker. This implementation of biomass as an energy source can reduce the impacts of coal dust and other coal-related problems on the environment. In addition, the factory has established an environmental regulatory body for occupational health and safety. One of the experts assigned to the division is an environmentalist. This shows that the factory is starting to think about the environmental consequences. In addition to the above main objectives regarding improving environmental consequences, the factor is starting greening activities within the factory and the majority of internal roads covered with paving stones. In addition to the above signs of respectful production, the study proposed the following possible pathways and suggestions on reducing and controlling impacts.1. Awareness of impacts. During the interview there is an idea that the factory has less impact by connecting it to other countries or continents without any evidence of friendly factories. This may be due to less understanding or commitment in one direction which is economic profitability. Changing perspectives on the impacts of cement production, especially on management bodies, is the first step towards establishing a reduction and control mechanism. Moreover, according to data from local residents, the majority (65.0%) are illiterate. This shows that they do not have a plan in the middle of paper. To ensure this project and make the factory greener, it is better to focus on the afforestation/plantation project in the surrounding areas in addition to the greening activity inside the factory on reduction and monitoring .6. Factory environmental policy. It is best for the factory to design its own environmental standards and policies. In addition, he must prepare and implement an environmental management plan in the factory. By implementing such policy and environmental plans, all important environmental aspects can attract the attention of the factory.7. Strengthen the capacity of the plant's environmental regulator. Although the factory established an environmental regulatory body as a division upon its establishment in 2013, it is not able to make environmental improvements and is not a decisive body for making environmental improvements in the 'factory. It is better to make it well organized to have an environmental decision-making body.
