Working in a school that focuses on using the environment to teach, I may have a different experience than other students. Almost everything that is done in school is linked to nature or is taught in the forest or in the greenhouse. Most lessons are hands-on learning with elements from our environment. A few weeks ago, I did an activity with children directly related to Piaget's conservation tasks. I also worked in a class of kindergarten children in which we worked a lot on language and pragmatics. In class we talked about synapses and how to connect things to multiple things for kids.
