    This is the way of interacting with patients. Often, nurses communicate nonverbally without even knowing that their facial expression does all the real communication. Communication between patients and nurses is very important because it is the nurses who spend the most time with the patient and confide the information they have found to the doctor. A nurse's communication skills are expected to be high. High quality nursing care develops from the positive nurse-patient relationship that is built through communication. This is a point of view supported by authors such as Peuplo (1998), Sheppard (1993), Forbinder (1994), Wilkinson (1999), Attree (2001). ), and Thorsteinsson (2002). Forbinder asked patients to describe what happened while nurses cared for them. Interpersonal processes were discovered in cases that nurses easily perform without realizing it. Morse (1992) developed a communication model based on emotional engagement. Nurses communicated unconscious responses such as pity, sympathy, consolation, compassion, commiseration, and reflective reassurance. Nurses often have unconscious communication, which essentially means we have interactions that are not planned or the outcome is known.
