The Advantages of the American Education SystemParents and the older generation of Americans always complain about the country's education system. They say their children's knowledge and skills are below average compared to their counterparts in other countries. The American education system is in no way inferior to other systems. Instead, it is simply about teaching other factors considered more important than just basic knowledge and skills. The American education system tries to develop freedom and creativity among its students. From the American perspective, only in this way can students make the greatest contribution to future society. Freedom is America's hallmark. Americans are admired by people in other countries because they have the freedom to do whatever they want without worrying about negative consequences. The American education system must therefore be in compliance with this trademark. According to this system, children can only learn effectively when they are allowed to freely explore their ideas, "without this they will not truly be able to think or believe in themselves." When children are forced to memorize certain materials, they will remember them for a few days. However, they would have forgotten everything after the summer vacation. On the other hand, when children are left to think about their own ways of learning concepts, they will tend to tear themselves apart.....
