In this phase, the employee is able to see which areas have strength and which areas are weak or require considerable work. By reviewing the recorded information, the individual is better prepared to make a clear and concise decision regarding a feasible solution. The results may reveal that additional effort is needed to find an appropriate solution, or they may show that the solution is within reach. Regardless, for the employee to have a successful creative solution, it must be one that will bring about the change they are seeking. Some persistence may be required to continue searching for a solution. However, with the right perseverance, the employee will find a solution.
