    He is a high school teacher who did his military service. He grew up and returned to live in Harlem, New York. He faces a wave of emotions as an adult. He promised his deceased mother that he would take care of his brother Sonny. He is a family man, with a wife, Isabel, and three children; two boys and a girl who died. Sonny, a recovering drug addict. He gets caught by the wrong crowd and he was sent to prison for drug trafficking and drug parade. Music was at the center of his life. Sonny keeps his thoughts, his frustration and his anger to himself. He was only about to channel his feelings, disappointment and joy into expressive thinking about his music and connect with humanity on a spiritual level.
