Essay / sex pheromones - 953
Pheromones come from chemical factors that are used naturally to trigger a physical response in members of the same species. They are capable of acting outside the body to impact and attract the individual who receives them. Even though they all belong to the same basic level, sex pheromones have a greater appeal because they play a more important role in sexual reproduction. In animals, sex pheromones stipulate the connection between female culture. Pheromones do not necessarily cause a direct reaction, but their results are more sophisticated. The opposite sex desperately approaches the partner who releases the pheromones. Animal Pheromones: When it comes to animal pheromones, they are released due to stress, alarm, danger and sexual fertility. They are not bothered by insects and mammals in many situations. Insect pheromones are made up of two different types of pheromones: the alarm pheromone and the trail pheromone. In alarm pheromones, ants emit a chemical signal that is received by other nearby ants aware of their danger and stress. In response, the recipient ants move toward the aroma and work at a rapid pace to quickly help their sensitive nestmate. Not only do ants give off an odor in response to danger, but they also give off an aroma when they return to their habitat with food. This type of pheromone alerts other ants to the food in their nest. As more and more ants follow this scent, it is restored for other ants to follow. Unfortunately, as the amount of food decreases, the ants give off a different smell that alerts others to the amount of food remaining. Just as there are pheromones that signal danger, stress, and trails, there are other pheromones that emit signals toward specific behaviors. These pheromones are middle of paper......help them communicate by sending signals and releasing odors. As for reproduction, an odor is also given off by the opposite sex, warning that they are ready to mate. Odors similar to those of humans are also released, but they are very different. In the experiment conducted at Arcadia University, in which 25 students participated, 17 who wore the t-shirt and the other 8 who were in the control group, the results were not precise because they had a probability lower than p= .o5, but overall the results satisfied the research obtained on how the smell of the t-shirt worn by women and men may have different results when men and women smell the t -shirt worn by women who used oral contraceptives. Some pheromones are released through sweat and other parts. When released, they cause sexual attractions and desires. These pheromones are mostly known as sex pheromones..
