When I was young, my family was poor. But when I grew up, my family was somewhere between middle class and upper class. And right now I'm living in Scotland studying my undergraduate degree. From my experience, education can help you survive. Because education is considered a social status in today's society. With a good education, you can get a good career and earn good money. “Social mobility is an upward or downward movement within a system of stratification.
