Summary An overview of the project, I was asked to take an existing brand and redesign the body shop's online webpage. The first step in this procedure was the “discovery phase”. At this point, I learned about the organization, what it was like, the current audience, what it stood for, and how it was recognized. The second stage was the “definition phase”. At this point, I think about what characteristics of the image I would like the organization to symbolize. I also came up with a few strategies that would attract a new target audience to purchase products online. Finally, brand positioning was also an essential element for the organization of e-commerce. The third stage was known as the “design phase”, this is where I gave the new organization web page design an overall look and feel and more. The final stage was the “development phase”. This is where I took the old web page design and improved it into a new, better web page design. 1.0 Web Organization Introduction The Body Shop International plc is a global manufacturer and retailer of naturally inspired and ethically produced beauty and cosmetic products. Founded by Dame Anita Roddick in the UK in 1976, it currently has over 2,500 stores in 61 countries, with a range of over 1,200 products. Customers can also use The Body Shop e-commerce websites to shop online in the UK, Canada, Malaysia, Australia, Korea and Japan. The Body Shop delegated its first ever brand ambassador, British model Lily Cole, who was the face of the “Beauty with Heart” campaign. Online commerce has become a major focus, with a focus on the e-commerce site and constant engagement with buyers across social media stages. The Body Shop has its own philanthropy, called by the Body Shop Foundation the “middle of the paper market,” which can help you improve your sales. Currently, we live in a fast-paced world where people want everything to be quick and easy. Today, most people are usually on the go and are accustomed to finding information with just a few clicks. The Internet is currently becoming a basic need. The purpose of web page redesign is to achieve better web design in the field of social media. I strongly realized the importance of the experience and design of a website from the user's perspective and how to create good usability. Social media web design is not just about creating an attractive web page, it is much more about getting individuals to stay on it and even get addicted to it. Besides, it also gives a strong impression of good user experience because users prefer a beautiful web page with straightforward operations..
