I think this is due to the many changes I have experienced in my work over the last fifteen years. Over the years I have traveled quite a bit for work and because of that I have had to learn to embrace change, but the stress that comes with it has also equipped me well to deal with stressful situations. For this reason, I believe this is what allows me to achieve good results when it comes to change, conflict management and structure. On a daily basis, I think it's more the wisdom God gives me to handle daily tasks. Job 12:13 (NLT) states that true wisdom and power are found in God; advice and understanding are
