    Human beings are always dependent on nature, because we have to sustain ourselves from nature. We have unconsciously used natural sources to survive. We thought that nature exists for human beings, so why not use it? However, have we ever thought about what nature's capacity is? Especially over the past fifty years, consumption of natural sources has reached high levels; because people want to live by high standards and strictly aim for this goal. They also believe that pollution or overconsumption are less important than economic growth or a high standard of living. In order to improve, the environment can be damaged. For a long time, nature was the victim of this ideology. However, with high technology and awareness of the health of the Earth, damage to nature is no longer an inevitable consequence of improving living standards. There are so many selfish people. They want to be happy, rich and have a good quality of life. To make them real, they are not afraid to sacrifice anything, especially nature. They believe that nature can be damaged and natural sources can be overused in order to meet the needs of any type of human activities, such as housing, food, in order to have a better life. They work hard to improve their lives and their country. Thanks to their efforts and high technology, we know that many inventions have been made and new materials have been created. People use them to improve products, regardless of their level of toxicity. After that, they dump chemicals and hazardous waste into rivers or water supplies, without any environmental concern. However, there are immediately alternative ways to be wary of harm to nature. Improvements are not just about human beings. Renewable energy is definitely worth it because it is unlimited, harmless and at the same time helps improve the economy and people's lives. In conclusion, environmental damage is not an inevitable consequence of improving global living standards. Improvements can be made without any harm in nature, because we live in the age of technology and have equipment to make. The only thing to do is to respect nature. Then, automatically, people will start thinking about how nature can be protected and find other ways to keep it healthy. If people use nature consciously, there will be no excessive pollution or an unhealthy world.
