IntroductionOrganizations go through different levels of change to better achieve their organizational objectives. Whether short term or long term, the main objective of an organization is to put employees on the right wavelength to achieve the common goal, as well as to ensure improved participation behavior employees. However, to implement changes, each employee must understand the changes that are taking place and be prepared to adapt to these changes, for the future growth and success of the organization. So, to change the psychological behavior of employees, Kurt Lawin developed three stages of implementing change called unfreezing, moving and refreezing.
