    Drinking eight glasses of water a day was not at all a difficult goal for me to achieve. To help me achieve this goal, I had a 74.4 ounce jug of water with me. I took small sips from time to time, and by night I had consumed the whole jug. In cases where I didn't have my jug, I drank four 16.9 ounce bottles of water. I stayed strong with this goal throughout the semester. Despite my success with this goal, I found it very difficult to eat out only on weekends. To help combat this problem, I tried changing the goal to eating out only two days a week. This project, however, failed immediately. My family often ate out during the week and it was hard to say no when someone offered it to me (especially since I didn't pay!). I also spent a lot of time with my boyfriend who ate fast food; that's why I tried to look at the "healthier" options restaurants offer. The healthier choices were just as bad, if not worse, than the ones I usually got. Overall, I think my nutrition goals were great goals, I just really need to try harder to succeed by not eating out, so
