Introduction: In this literature review, evaluate and discuss the body of knowledge available for motivational theories and analyzes in the same order of their importance in our current study. In this case, we tried to provide an overview of the research in this area and the gaps in the sequence, where to find the way for future studies in this area. We will build on existing research on what managers can do to write to their employees and what factors drive motivation. The research literature review provided an overview of the existing literature on relevant topics. Theories provide not only a theoretical basis, but also the basis for learning new things in terms of motivation. It has a wide range of surveys and studies carried out on organizational motivation factors. However, in the service sector the use of various motivational rewards is not yet known. For this reason, the literature review chapter first provides an overview of the most popular motivation theories used by organizations. The theories are seen from a service organization perspective. The main theories have been studied for this purpose, those of Maslow, McClelland, Winter, Herzberg and Vroom, but the emphasis is placed on the treatment of internal and external motivators. Understanding the relationship between employee motivation and performance is important. Literature on the subject is then used to discover that employees significantly increase business performance and success. The practices that generally prevail in the market have an impact on the performance of the organization's personnel. Therefore, this study is also necessary. Leaders should have a strong influence on workers. Persistent and determined: Nothing is impossible, this should be the role of the leader. Self-confidence: A leader must have self-confidence in order to bring a high level of hope and excellence among his followers. Tolerant of stressed challenges: The best quality of the leader is to deal effectively with a bad situation or work under pressure. Willingness to ensure accountability: A leader is responsible for the success of the organization; he must have the capacity to ensure responsibility.
