Teenagers drive with their friends and decide to go drinking without thinking about the consequences of drinking and driving because they are young and ignorant. What happens when they drink is they don't know when to stop and they aren't used to drinking so their body can't handle the alcohol which interferes with their vision and their judgement. They don't know what they're doing because they're drunk and stupid. This is another problem that new drivers cause because when they are drunk, they cannot see clearly, causing them to crash into other cars, people, and even commit suicide. This is why the age for obtaining a license should be changed. Another reason people think they shouldn't allow all 18 year olds to drive is that some people don't obey road signs and don't use their turning lights. When these drivers do not follow the traffic signs, other people may also have an accident in their place, for example if while driving they change lanes without other nearby cars knowing, this may cause the cars to stop in the middle of the road while other cars continue to arrive. Cars coming up behind those not using their directional lights cause them to panic and avoid crashing by turning anywhere, crashing into people or someone's property.
