That's correct because I really enjoy my current job. In addition, I get along well with my colleagues. As for my workload, it is not heavy at all. This is something I have no problem with at work. My potential for motivation at work is low according to my score, which really corresponds to me. If some things in my job were a little different, I would probably be more motivated. My score for wanting an enriched job is around normal average scores. It means I'm in between, or I want and don't want an enriched life.
