Many people around the world do not get enough exercise every day. Exercise is a way to ensure the health of your body and provide it with the necessary care it needs. Everyone can benefit from being a physically active person. Organizing physical education classes in schools for students will help promote the right amount of exercise. Students should be required to take a physical education class every day of the week during school because of the physical and mental health benefits it provides. Physical education classes will help students develop strong bones and muscles. Physical education increases “muscle strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, body composition and cardiovascular endurance” (“Why Kids Need Physical Education”). All of these characteristics are important for improving your body because being strong and having endurance helps the body function properly. “Without mandatory physical education classes, some students may choose to ignore physical activity altogether” (“Why Kids Need Physical Education”). Many students don't get enough exercise every day, so their bones and muscles are weaker than those who exercise daily. Children aged six to twelve become increasingly inactive over time (“Benefits of physical education at school”). Getting children to exercise at school is a great way to ensure that every student develops their bones and muscles properly (“Youth Physical Activity: The Role of School”). Physical education classes in schools ensure an adequate amount of exercise for the body and will help fully develop the bones and muscles of students.
