As a project team leader with a dynamic and ever-expanding project base, which often has four or five projects underway simultaneously, this project manager recognized the need of a vision of authentic leadership that inspires others. within the organization and correlated project teams to share the vision. Building consensus and evaluating the implementation of a vision process will be covered in this document as well as a step-by-step vision implementation process where a positive vision is created and fostered within this project-oriented organization. The vision implementation process will consist of: a) creating a sense of urgency for the implementation of the vision; b) develop a project team implementing an expert vision, c) develop interaction strategies where feedback from the entire team is valued, d) address challenges through planning sessions scenarios, e) modify project strategies so that changes are accepted and implemented quickly, and f) document and record project progress, obstacles and lessons learned. In conclusion, there will be a summary of what success entails within the framework of an organizational vision of authentic leadership. Vision of Authentic Leadership Discovering what motivates this leader to lead is the belief that she was sent to this earth to help others become empowered and self-reliant; to help groups overcome their fears, to set the stage for followers to embark on their own progressive journey, and to help lead teams toward authentic happiness.
