    The dimension of femininity corresponds to gender roles and behaviors (Hall, 2014). Some masculine and feminine cultures behave differently. Masculine cultures represent “achievement, heroism, assertiveness, and the material rewards of success.” (National culture) In comparison, women's culture represents "cooperation, modesty, concern for the weak, and quality of life." (National Culture) Unfortunately, I see many similarities between most European and American business units regarding this dimension, as there are many men in management and VP positions.
